Ellen Hall, President/CEO of Spirent Federal, is a graduate of San Diego State University, holds an MS in Systems Engineering from USC, and a BA in Spanish from Utah Valley University. She also has a JD from the University of Denver and is a member of the CA, CO and Washington DC Bars. She was previously Vice President at L3 Harris, Anaheim. Prior to that she was a director at Raytheon in Fullerton, CA. Ellen regularly participates in industry events and is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of GPS World Magazine. In her free time, she participates in service projects in her community and abroad.
